  Warsaw NY Wyoming County Times - 4/27/1950 George W. Brotherton of Fillmore, a resident of Warsaw for the past year and a half, died at the Estabrooks Nursing Home on Thursday, April 20th. He was born in Wethersfield on April 13, 1862, the son of Joseph and Mary Bryant Brotherton. His wife, Nina Hinz Brotherton, died a number of years ago, but he leaves three children, Joseph Brotherton of Cuba, Lorenzo Brotherton of Cleve land, Ohio, and Mrs. Dorsey Cannon of Fillmore, six grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. The funeral was held at the Weeks Funeral Home on Saturday, April 22nd at 2:00 p. m. with the burial in Warsaw. The Rev. Victor Great orax of the Rock Glen Baptist church was the offciating clergyiman. Mr. Brotherton was affiliated with the Wesleyan Methodist church.
