- Kevin E. Marshall, Sr.
July 17, 1957 - April 17, 2024
Kevin E. Marshall Sr., 66, lifetime resident of Niagara Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at his residence. Born in Niagara Falls on July 17, 1957, the son of the late Garner and Carolyn (Nablo) Marshall, Kevin attended local schools, graduating from LaSalle Senior High School in 1976. He was a member of the School Band and Marching Band where he played the baritone.
He worked at Carborundum and then Precious Plate before beginning his career at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in 1986.
Kevin was a longtime volunteer for the St. George Orthodox Church Camp, at Christian Heights, in Little Valley. He was also a member of St. James Methodist Church, in Niagara Falls, where he sang in the church choir. Kevin had a wonderful sense of humor, enjoyed taking walks around the Falls and the Gorge with his wife and children, watching his grandson play hockey, and spending time with his other grandchildren. His favorite place to vacation was Cape Cod, where he couldn’t get enough of the lobster pot. Kevin also enjoyed spending leisurely time with his dogs, Roscoe and Lucy.
Kevin is survived by four children: Kevin, Jr. (Ahovi) Marshall-Broderick, Christopher Marshall, Kragh (Julie) Marshall, and Molly (Thomas) Marshall. He is also survived by four grandchildren: Harley, Everett, Kameron and Adalyn, his brother Darren (Shannon) Marshall, his nephew Steven, and his niece Jennifer. In addition to his parents, Kevin was predeceased by his wife, Maria Marshall.
Friends may call at LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 2 to 6 P.M. Burial will be private in North Ridge Cemetery in Cambria.
