TONAWANDA, Sept" 8. -Frank
Browning. 58 years old. Elllcott Creek
road, died yesterday at the DeGraff
hospital after a long Illness. Born In
Willlamsvllle. he came to Tonawanda
to live when eight years old. For many
years he conducted a barber shop at
209 Delaware street. He was a member
of the Modem Woodmen of America
and of the Eldredge Bicvcle Club.
The funeral will be held at 2:30
o'clock Friday at the home. The Rev.
John H. Sprock. pastor of the Grace
Lutheran church, will officiate and burial
will be In the City Cemetery.

Frank Browning, 58 years old,
Ellicott Creek road, died this
morning at the DeGraff Memorial
hospital after a lingering illness.
Born in Williamsville, he came to
Tonawanda to live at the age of
eight. For many years he conducted
a barber shop at 209 Delaware
street. He was a member
of the local brarvh of the Modern
Woodmen of American and of
the Eldredge Bicycle Club.
Surviving are a wife, Amelia;
two sons, Charles and Franklin;
a daughter, Mrs. Reuben Licht;
a mother, Mrs. Jennie Benjamin,
residing in Rochester; a brother,
Walter, and 14 grandchildren,
Tonawanda.
The funeral will be "held Friday
afternoon at 2:30 o'clock st the
