- June M. (nee Harms) Nemeth of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal life Monday, October 3, 2016. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Helena (Browning) Harms. She was a retired employee of Glarban, Grand Island, NY. June was a member of the former Ascension R.C. Church, a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish Rosary Guild, Madonna Council Ladies Auxiliary, DeGraff Ladies Auxiliary and was a volunteer at Hospice Niagara. She enjoyed gardening, dancing, was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family. Wife of the late Frank A. Nemeth; loving mother of Cheryl (David) Davignon and Sharon (Gary) Chriss; proud grandmother of Brett (Darcy) Davignon, Cristin (Corey) Brachmann, Matthew (Jayne) Davignon, Brian (Melissa) Chriss and Timothy (Rebekah) Chriss; and great-grandchildren, Brendan, Chace, Collin, Gianna, Michael, Jack, Briana and Ashlee; sister of the late James Harms; dear aunt of Diane Harms Panozzo and James (Marleen) Nemeth. The family will be present to greet relatives and friends THURSDAY, October 6th from 3-7 PM at the Saber Funeral Home, 549 Oliver St., North Tonawanda (692-0271). Family and friends are asked to gather at St. Jude the Apostle Parish (800 Niagara Falls Blvd.) for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 AM. Entombment Holy Family Chapel Mausoleum, Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Flowers graciously declined. Memorial gifts may be made in June's honor to St. Jude the Apostle Parish or Madonna Council Ladies Auxiliary.
