Charles W. Gillmeister of
5238 Salt Works Road, West
Shelby, died suddenly
Saturday in Medina Memorial
Hospital.
His wife, the late1 Lillian R.
Gillmeister, died in 1974.
Mr. Gillmeister was bom
May 11,1910 in Medina, the son
of William and Marie (Ortman)
Gillmeister. He lived in
the Medina area most of his
life and was a methods
operator at Harrison Radiator
in Lockport until retirement.
He was a member of the
Orleans County Auxiliary
Police Department where he
had been a lieutenant, the
Shelby Fiie Co and Trinity
Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville.
Surviving are one son,
Stanley N. Gillmeister of
Nichols, N.Y.; one daughter,
Miss Phyllis E. Gillmeister at
home; two grandchildren, Judi
and Mark Gillmeister; two
brothers, Norman O.
Gillmeister of West Shelby and
Louis E. Gillmeister of Middleport;
and several nieces
and nephews. He was also
brother of the late Albert F.
Gillmeister.
Friends may call today (2-4,
7-9) at the Bates Wallace and
Heath Funeral Home Inc., 38
State St., Middleport, and
Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at
Trinity Lutheran * Church,
Wolcottsville, where funeral
services will be held at 11 a.m.
with the Rev. Donald
Willmann officiating.
Burial will be in North
Shelby Cemetery.

Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville,
would be appreciated by
the family.
