  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 12/9/1955 BRUSH - Samuel S. Brush, 84, of 7 Fremont St., Tonawanda, Wednesday evening (Dec. 7, 1955) in a Niagara Falls nursing home after a long illness. Born in Crawford Co., Pa., Mr. Brush had lived in this area for 65 years. He was formerly the custodian of the National Gypsum building's in Buffalo and was a journeyman blacksmith for about 40 years. Mr. Brush's survivors are two sons, Thomas A. of Tonawanda and Howard G. of Orrington, Me.; five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Hilliard Funeral Home, where services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. W. F. Hetzel officiating. Burial in Elmlawn Cemetery.
