  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 11/14/1927 Edward and Anna Witcop of Niagara Falls were before Judge Harrington in North Tonawanda city court again this morning on a charge of public intoxication. It was their third appearance on this charge in six weeks. Judge Harrington decided a stretch in the county jail at Lock- port might do some good, so he gave them 60 days each. On a similar appearance about three weeks ago, they escaped with a five-day sentence, each. The Witcops were arrested Sat- arday afternoon on Oliver street.
