NORTH TONAWANDA-Elmer L. Hardy, 77, of
-231 Robinson St., died Tuesday (Jan. 9, 1968) after
suffering an apparent heart attack in his home. He
was pronounced dead on arrival at DeGraff Memorial
Hospital.

18, 1966, today was sentenced to one to two years in

:. He was born in the. Tom of
Amherst and lived here for the
last 55 years. He had been employed
since 1912 by the Auto
Wheel Coaster Co., as a tool
room clerk.
He was a member of Grace
Lutheran Church and Electric
City Lodge 663 IOOF.
Survivors include his wefe, the
former Mathilida Bubb; a son,
Robert ol Boise, Idaho; two

slsters, Mrs. Kathryn Serbert of
Toronto and Mrs.Elsie Forth of
this city; two brothers, William
and Henry, both of this city,
and two grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wattengell
Funeral Home where a
service will be conducted at 1:30
p.m. Friday by the Rev. E.
Werner Wienreich. Burial will
be in Elmlawn Cemetery.
