Anna Zimmerman
Died This Morning
Mrs. Anna Zimmerman, wife of
Welfare Commissioner George A.
Zimmerman, died this morning in
the DeGraff Memorial hospital.
Mrs. Zimmerman, who resided at
56 Ransom street, had been in
failing health over a long period.
She is a lifelong resident of the
Tonawandas.
Surviving are her husband, two
daughters, Mrs. Alice Buchhardt
of North Tonawanda and Mrs.
Irene Gern of Buffalo, and two
grandchildren, Robert and Carol
Buchhardt.
Funeral services will be held
Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock
from the Hamp Funeral Home,
37 Adam street. The Rev. Theodore
Mayer will conduct the rites
and interment will be in Elmlawn.
Mrs. Zimmerman was a member
of the Friedens Evangelical
and Reformed church and Empire
Review, W.B.A.
