  Niagara Gazette - 2/7/1958 George Buckle, 58, of 671 101st St., died suddenly Thursday (Feb. 6. 1958) at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, he was employed at Olin Mathieson Chemical Corp. for 15 years. Prior to that he worked in the city parks department. He was a veteran of both world wars. Mr. Buckle is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marion Buckle; a daughter. Mrs. Henry Schumaker, North Tonawanda; two stepsons, Roderick; G. Schoales, Lewiston, and John R. Wallace, this city; a sister, Mrs. Charles Kirk, this city; five grandchildren and sev- eral nieces and nephews The funeral will be held at the Lane Funeral Home Monday afternoon, the time to be announced later. .The Rev. Wesley Tillinghast wiil officiate. Burial will be In Oakwood Cemetery.
