She was born June 8, 1949 in Albion, a daughter of the late Vincent and Helene (Wilsea) Buckner and had lived in this area all of her life. She is survived by her husband, Walter of 40 years; daughter Rhonda Hawkins of Medina; sons, James Hawkins and Vincent (Jeanne) Hawkins, both of Medina; grandchildren, Amanda, Zachary, Wesley and Mateo Hawkins; sister Marcia Buckner; brothers, Brian (Patti) Buckner and Brent Buckner, all of Albion; three sisters-in-law of KY; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes Inc., 21 W. Ave., Albion on Wednesday from 3-5 PM. A private Memorial Service will be held at the convience of the family.
