LOOKPORT, Dec. 12.-Letters of
administration on the estate of
Frank Budnik, North Tonawanda.
who died July 4, leaving $3,350 per-
sonal property and 14,000 realty-
have been issued by Surrogate Ray-
mond A. Knowles to the widow,
Adeline Budnik. 61 First street,
North Tonawanda. Other distrib-
utees include two sons, Prank and
Rayrrfond Budnik, and one daugh-
ter, Dorothy Budnik, all of North
Tonawanda

Frank Budnik, 49, of 61 First
avenue* died yesterday morning
in a Lockport hospital after a
lingering illness. Born in Chicago,
he had resided in North Tona-
wanda the pest 40 years. He was
a member of the Polish National
Alliance. Surviving are his wife,
Adeline; two sons, Frank, Jr., end
Raymond; a daughter, Dorothy,
arid three sisters, Mrs. Martin
Winiatowski, Mrs. William Lehar-
lau and Mrs. Robert Krantz, all
of North Tonawanda. Rites will
be held Monday morning at 8:30
from the residence and at 10 from
the O.L.C. church. The Rev. Mich-
ael Walek will officiate. Burial
will be In Mt. Olivet.
