  Geneva NY Gazette - 1/15/1875 -The Rochester Chronicle of Tuesday states that the case of William A Sipple, administrator, etc., vs. the New York Cen- tral and Hudson railroad company to hich we alluded on Friday last, was concluded in the circuit cout yesterday. The ury returning a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $2,500. A son of the plaintiff, our readers will remember, was empoyed as fireman on the locomotive of which Ignatius Buelte was engineer and which was pre- cipitated in Marsh Creek in consequence of the giving away of a culvert over the creek near Geneva, on the night of the 29th of March, 1873, by which the engineer and fieman lost their lives. Mrs. Buelte, the widow of the engineer, recovered a verdict for $5,000 in the last October circuit for the loss of her husband.
