  Rilla Jean (Owens) Keel, 64, of Niagara Falls NY, has returned to God’s embrace after passing away peacefully at her home. She was born August 25, 1959 in Niagara Falls to the late William and Bonna-Vear Owens. Rilla is survived by her daughters April (Jason) Lund, Lorena (Ian) Cap, grandchildren Ava Lund and Aidan Cap. Sister to Renae Owens, Robyn (Stephan) Brese, Stephen (Susan) Owens, and Aunt to Jason (Page), Josh and Emily Owens. Her love for cooking, flowers, and her family was known to anyone who spent time with her. Generous in spirit, she dedicated her life to the food-service industry and worked in many restaurants locally. Visiting hours Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 1-4 PM in the  Lane Funeral Home, Inc.,  8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.  Interment will be in private at the convenience of the family.
