  Frank W. Harvey, Jr., of Buffalo, NY, passed away on September 5, 2016, in Terrace View, Buffalo, NY. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 7, 1958, the son of the Frank W. and Janet W. (Stevenson) Harvey, Sr. Frank graduated from Starpoint High, Alfred State and the University of Arizona with a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture. He was employed with the IRS in Buffalo, NY. He enjoyed gardening and sailing. Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother, Neil W. (Sharon) Harvey; nieces, Heather L. Harvey and Gwynn A. (Shawn) Dunning; great-nieces, Ukari, Reese and Rylee; uncle, Albert W. W. (late Mildred) Harvey; several cousins; and special friend, Pamela Land. He was the nephew of the late Margaret W. (Dominik) Montanari. The family will be present from 6-9 PM on Wednesday at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.
