  Shirley Phipps of Olcott, NY wife of the late LeRoy Phipps entered into rest on Friday June 7, 2019 in the Niagara Hospice House. She was born in Buffalo, NY on January 16, 1931, the daughter of the late Roy Buncy and Orpha Farrell. Shirley enjoyed bible study, artistry of all kinds, family, walking in Krull Park and helping those in need.  Mother of Benjamin Phipps of North Carolina, Diane (Richard) Eberhart of Newfane, Matthew (Lucille) Phipps of Lockport, James (Kathleen) Phipps of Lockport and Daniel (Tamara) Phipps of Newfane. Sister of the late LeRoy Buncy. Grandmother of Andrew (Jessica) Phipps, Jeffrey (Kerry Ann) Phipps, Angela (Brian) Gunby, Bobby (Kristin) Eberhart, Chris (Bri Nelson) Eberhart, Meghan (Jason Ritz) Phipps, Rachael (Jason Zayac) Phipps, Roy, James (Shaunna) Jr., Jason (Meaghan) Phipps and Justin (Andrea) Phipps. Also survived by 14 great grandchildren. A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Olcott, NY. Flowers gratefully declined.
