- Dan passed away suddenly on July 11, 2020. He was 57 years old. He was the son of the late Don and Bonnie Easterbrook of Lockport.
Dan is survived by daughter Ashley Easterbrook; loving grandfather to Jaydon, Lucas, Ian, Carter and Aubree; beloved brother andbBest friend to Donna (Gregory) Szeluga; brother as well to Darla (Doug) Cummings; nephew to Darrell Easterbrook, Sr. Also survived by his cousins whom he remained close with, and several nieces and nephews.
Graduating from Newfane Central School, Dan also served in the United States Navy and had recently retired from McGard LLC in Orchard Park.
Dan is remembered for being a "gentle giant." His smile, laughter and joy he brought to others will be missed. He enjoyed traveling and riding his Harley. Missing him most is his cherished dog, Zoe.
Dan is survived also by a host of friends who he loved more than anything. Lifetime friend of Mark Rounds, Gary Ramming and Michael Lechevet.
As in life, it was important that even after he passed that he continue to help others, therefore he donated his body to Jacobs School of Medicine and Bioscience.
The family ask that donations be sent to Niagara County SPCA.

Dan requested no funeral. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
