- n Loving Memory of Joseph "Joe" Samuel Villani
Joe passed away peacefully of natural causes at Erie County Medical Center on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Joe was born on September 26th, 1966 in Las Vegas, NV. Joe was 54 years old.
Joe was born in Las Vegas and grew up in Niagara Falls. He moved to Las Vegas from 1998-2003. He graduated from Trott Vocational High School as a welder and became a Millwright Supervisor at Titanium Metals Corporation (TIMET) in Las Vegas before it closed, he then moved back to Niagara Falls.
Joe loved the outdoors, spending time with his friends and his pastimes were hiking and exploring the Niagara Gorge, camping, shooting, cookouts, listening to classic rock, enjoying action movies, and a great steak dinner. Everyone that knew Joe knew of his captivating energetic smile and hypnotic warm personality along with his witty sarcastic demeanor and unique laugh... Joe will always be remembered and dearly missed, but never forgotten. If one is remembered - they are never gone.
He is survived by his mother, Albie Bailey; and brother, Michael Nest of Las Vegas, NV; step-father, David C. Bailey (of recent passing); grandmother, Jeanette Bailey of Niagara Falls, NY; aunts and uncles, Glenda Nest of Niagara Falls, NY, Beverly Nest of Niagara Falls, NY, Leslie and Carol Bailey, Jr. of North Tonawanda, NY, Timothy and Ann Marie Bailey of Niagara Falls, NY, William and Anna Marie (Villani) Petroziello of Niagara Falls, NY, Vera J. Villani of Buffalo, NY; and numerous cousins; and lifelong friends, Chris and Angela Spina of Niagara Falls, NY.
The family is having a private service, and the Williamson Funeral Home of 635 Main St., Niagara Falls, NY 14301, will be handling the arrangements of the cremation and transporting of Joe's ashes to his family in Las Vegas. The family expresses great love for Chris and Angela for their lifelong friendship and love.
We greatly cherish everyone's prayers and thoughts and share with all that knew Joe. We are Christian, believing in God through Jesus Christ.
