John J. Lachowski, 58, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 8, 1966 he was the son of the late John E. and Bernadette R. (Walasek) Lachowski. He attended local schools and graduated from Lasalle Senior High School in 1985.
John worked in the cleaning department for the Niagara Falls City School district for over 30 years, until his retirement. He was also a lifelong member of the former St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, now Divine Mercy Parish, where he attended mass every week.
He is survived by his siblings, David (Claudine) Lachowski and Carolyn (Daniel) Leudanski; nieces & nephews, Lauren, Daniel, Lori, and Kelsey.
Friends may call Saturday, June 1st from 9 AM-11AM at Divine Mercy Parish, 2437 Niagara Street, Niagara Falls, NY, where a Memorial Mass will begin at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Holy Angels Mausoleum, Lewiston, NY, will take place at the convenience of the family.
