- Philip A. Cafarella, Jr., 70 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on December 16, 2018 at Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital, Lewiston, NY. Born September 26, 1948 in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Philip A. and Mayme (Tribuzzi) Cafarella, Sr.
Philip was a lifelong resident of the Niagara Falls area and attended local schools graduating from Niagara Falls High School. He married Anne C. (Olscamp) Cafarella on May 31, 1975 in Our Lady of Lebanon Church. Mr. Cafarella was employed in the maintenance department with the Niagara Falls Board of Education for over 20 years until his retirement in the early 1990’s. Above all he cherished the times spent with his beloved family.
In addition to his wife of 43 years, Mr. Cafarella is survived by his 3 sons, Philip A. Cafarella, III, Christopher J. Cafarella and Frank M. (Laura) Cafarella; 2 grandsons, Jackson A. Cafarella and Lucas J. Cafarella; 3 sisters, Grace (late Raymond) Toscano, Frances (late Paul) Bourque and Donna (Dee) Mannella as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There was no prior visitation. Private entombment was held in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY at the convenience of the family.
