- Cheryl Lynn (Duncan) Wicks, 69, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on December 18, 2024, following a lengthy illness. Born on December 24, 1954 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Burnard and Gloria (Hartwig) Duncan and the wife of the late Alan ‘Jay’ Wicks.
Cheryl graduated from Lasalle Senior High School in 1973 and attended Cheryl Fells School of Business. She was a manager of DuPont Credit Union, that later became Encompass Niagara Federal Credit Union, where she retired from. Cheryl graciously was an organ donor. She was an amazing sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her. Cheryl loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with the people most important to her, laughing and enjoying her Coors Light.
Cheryl is survived by her brother, Randy (Patty) Duncan; step-sister, Sherrie Norton and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sister, Linda (Duncan) Malfa.
