Married for 51 years to his beloved Linda (LaSpada). Father of Mark J. (Pam Brown).; beloved brother of Jane Trombley, Linda (Peter) Behrens, David (Lori), Paul, and Mary Jane Smith. Also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins; and his cat, Zoey.
Phil donated his body to UB. Memorial service to be held Friday, February 2, 2018, 11:00 AM at Solid Rock Church, 8590 Rochester Road, Gasport.
