- Charles W. Coleman, of the Town of Cambria, NY, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at his home under the care of his family and Niagara Hospice. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on June 24, 1952, the son of the late Robert M. and Patricia [Zulke] Coleman.
Mr. Coleman was a supervisor with Du Pont in Niagara Falls, for over 40 years, before retiring in 2010. He was a member and Past President of the Cambria Volunteer Fire Co.
Mr. Coleman enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Nancy [Monkelbaan] Coleman, two sons Steven and Matthew (Jill Burt) Coleman, two grandchildren Keith and Victoria Coleman, two sisters Kathleen (John) McNutt and Roberta (Paul) Freatman, two brothers John (Betsy) Coleman and Thomas (Mariann) Coleman, also many nieces and nephews. His family will be present on Tuesday from 4-7:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will follow at 7:30 PM. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made in his name to Niagara Hospice or to the Cambria Vol. Fire Co. Inurnment in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria, NY, at the wishes of his family.
