Funeral services for Frederick
Scholefield, 76, of 1354 Willow
Ave., who died yesterday (Oct, 15.
1956) at home after a short illness,
will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday
at the Gridley Funeral Home.
A native of London. Eng., Mr.
Scholefield had resided here for
46 years. Before retirement he was
a kiln fireman at the Carborundum
Co., of which he was a member
of the 25 year Club.
He was a member of Epiphany
Episcopal Church and of former
Belleview Lodge No. 316. IOOF.
Niagara Lodge No, 81, with which
it merged, will hold a memorial
service at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at
the funeral home.
Surviving are his wife. Amy R.
Scholefield; a son, Frederick W.
Scholefield; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond
F. Sparling; a granddaughter,
Miss Gail M. Sparling, all of
this city, and a sister, Mrs. Frank
Edwards Birmingham, England.
The Rev. John E, .Wickenden
will officiate. Burial will be at
Riverdale Cemetery.
