He was a graduate of Seneca High School and UB. He served in the US Army National Guard and retired from NY Telephone after 35 years. Services will be held out of town. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Chemung Volunteer Fire Dept., PO Box 181, Chemung, NY 14825.
