  Obituary Of Rhonda Jean Wheatley Rhonda passed away unexpectedly after a short illness. Rhonda loved the outdoors and camping with her long time partner Robert Palmer. She loved spending time with friends and family. Rhonda is the daughter of the late John and Jean Rosenbeck. Cherished sister of Brian, Renee (Dave) and John Jr. Beloved mother of Matthew (Valerie) Wheatley and Marissa DeCarlo. Beloved grandmother of Marcus (Angelina), Bruno III, Jonathan and great grandson Leo. Survived by nieces and nephews Steven, Kristen (Anthony), Nicole and Kerrin. Great nieces and nephews Anthony Jr., Kennady and Kayden. Rhonda will be sadly missed by her cousin Tina and long-time friends Patty Werth and MaryAnne Haney. A Memorial Service will be held from 2:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday September 30th 2023 at Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara St., where the Services will be held at 5:00 pm. Memorials to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
