Gary attended Niagara Wheatfield High School, and served in the U.S. Army for four years, and the Navy for three years. He was a former member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Bergholz.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Cynthia Werth; three children, Jessica, Melessa, and Allison; parents; two sisters, Debra Yeamans and Darla Werth. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion -Post 238, 6265 Brandywine Road, Hughesville, MD 20637. A local memorial service will be held in April, with the place, date and time to be announced.
