  MEYERS - Melvin J. Meyers, Sr., 55, of North Tonawanda suddenly Wednesday (November 7, 1979) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mr. Meyers was a veteran of World War II, a member of Durez Plastics Foremen's Club and a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (nee Kornaker) Meyers; four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Karen) Rees, Mrs. James (Patricia) Rees, Mrs. Gary (Linda) Werth and Mrs. Daniel ((Katherine) Habuda, all of North Tonawanda; two sons, Melvin J. Meyers, Jr., of North Tonawanda and Marvin (Deborah) Meyers of Tonawanda; nine grandchildren; two brothers, John Meyers of Appleton, N.Y., and Glenn Meyers of the Town of Wheatfield; a sister, Mrs. Thomas (Carolyn) Bors of North Tonawanda. The family will receive friends at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward North Tonawanda, FRIDAY from 2 £ 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Serviogs will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 10 a.m., the Rev.
