Sidney L. George, 86, of Palm Bay, FL died at William Childs Hospice House. Sidney worked at Harrison Radiator in Lockport, NY for 18 years and retired from Harris Corporation after 28 years. He was a member of the Hartland Masonic Lodge #210 of Lockport and Melbourne Harbor City Lodge #318. Sid was a WWII U.S. Army veteran. Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Elva; children, Bonnie of Palm Bay and Gary of Ravenswood, WV; granddaughter, Amanda Hubbs and great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Rayner and sister, Marjorie Collins of Appleton, NY. Memorial services will be held on June 30, 2011 from his home. Fountainhead Funeral Home in charge of cremation arrangements. Published in FLORIDA TODAY on June 27, 2011
