  Obituary of Alfred T. Bax Alfred T. Bax, 68, of Lewiston, NY passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on May 28, 1952 he was the son of the late Joseph and Frances (Labernardo) Bax. He is survived by his children, Melissa (Jeff) Bax-Bray, Jennifer Bax, Maria (John) Schultzs and Al Bax; sisters, Debra (Jim) DiCamillo and Francine Bax; brother, Dr. Joseph (Patricia) Bax. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Mark Bax.There is NO PRIOR visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 15th at St. Peter RC Parish, 600 Center Street, Lewiston, NY with Rev. Cole Webster officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH AT 10AM.Burial following in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Arrangements entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC.
