Barbara Plotner Obituary
 Barbara J. Plotner (nee Donner), age 79, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on September 21, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Ella Donner and loving wife of Larry Plotner. Cherished mother of Lisa (Ward) Williams, Debbie (Ronald) Dworzanski, Brenda (Michael Sr.) Kislack, Joel (Janice) Hidy-Plotner, and William (Beverly) Plotner. Grandmother of Samuel (Carissa), Justin, Hallie (Daniel), Ella (Noah), Paige (Drigo) and great-grandmother of Colson. Sister of the late Donald (Carol) Donner, the late Judith Gandley, RuthAnn (late Howard) Fry, and Marjorie (late Marshall) Bernhard. She will also be missed by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  heart—Christmas was her favorite time of year. She loved to bake and prepare delicious meals that brought her family together. Above all else, Barbara was the heart of her family—a devoted wife, a loving and supportive mother, and a loyal, compassionate friend to many. She was a proud grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her presence brought light and love to all who knew her, and her memory will be forever treasured.
 
 
 Friends may visit Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver Street, corner of Ward Road, on Tuesday from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. A funeral will be held on Wednesday at 10:00am at Saint Peter United Church of Christ, 1208 Oliver Street in North Tonawanda.
 
 
 
 
 Barbara was a long-time member of Eagles Club 1411. She had a love for playing bingo, trying her luck at the casino, and the friendly game of euchre. She also enjoyed her weekly shopping trips to Bonton and Tops. The holiday season held a special place in Barbara’s
