Josephine showed her love through her cooking. She was always willing to feed anyone that came to her house. Her house forever smelled like an Italian restaurant.
Josephine was a member of the Volare Lodge #269, Socialites of Our Lady of Mt Carmel, and the Dukes Center. She enjoyed many laughs and creating memories while playing card and bowling with her close friends.
Josephine was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills.
Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed attending her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s sports games, dance recitals and concerts.
Josephine was the loving mother of Rosanna Colosi, Marylou (Phillip) Weaver, Joseph (Julie) Colosi, and Rene (Michael) Marinucci; dearest grandmother to 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and one more on the way; beloved sister of Louise Rotella, and the late Antoinette Pardini, Rosella Panattoni, Angelo Ciccone, John Ciccone, Gerard Ciccone, Alfred Ciccone and Frank Ciccone. She is also survived by her first cousin and best friend, Gloria Fracassi, and was loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, who will miss her dearly.
