  The Record Wed., Feb 14, 1990 - Page 55 ROSALIE QUINN HOOVER, 78, of Teaneck, formerly of Jersey City, died Monday. Before retiring, she was a personnel director for Arvey Corp., Jersey City. Surviving are two sons, Raymond of Scotch Plains and Kenneth of Orinda, Calif.; a daughter, Rosalie Dingler of Teaneck; a rother, Clifford Quinn in North Carolina; three sisters, Adelaide Doll, Leona Deering, and Vivian Miller, all in Florida, and 13 grandchildren. He husband, Raymond, died in 1981. Mass will be said Thursday at 11:15 a.m. at St. Aloysius R.C.Church, with burial in Holy Name Cemetery, both in Jersey City. Visiting is tonight from 7 to 9 at Volk Funeral Home, Teaneck.
