  Graveside service for Edmund A. Hannay, 70, of Hillsboro will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Penny Cemetery with the Rev. G. Ray Henderson Jr officiating. Mr. Hannay died April 24 in Dinard, France. He was an alumni of Eton University in England. He was a member of the 51st Seaforth Highlanders in World War II. He was retired from Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville and a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Decatur. He is survived by two sons, Patrick D. Hannay and James Hannay, both of Hillsboro; one daughter, Elizabeth Hannay Statom of Murfreesboro, Tenn; one sister, Elizabeth Hannay of Dinard; and two grandsons. DECATUR DAILY
