- Obituary of John J. Record
John J. Record, age 30, of Ransomville, husband of Kelly Record (Nee Moje) entered into rest on John September 20, 2021, in Mount St. Mary’s Hospital after a brief illness. Born on May 14, 1991, in Geneva, NY to Lori Jones Record and the late John R. Record. John Married Kelly Moje on October 14, 2018. He was currently employed as an EMT with the transport unit of Niagara Hospice. John Served in the United States Army where he served with the 1st Armored Division in the M1 Abrams Tank Unit during the Iraq Campaign. He was a member of the Sweet Home F + AM Masonic Lodge and was serving as the Vice Commander of the Flotilla Unit with the U.S Coast Guard in Youngstown. John was a firefighter and EMT with Ransomville Vol. Fire Co. and currently was the EMS Lt. He enjoyed participating in civil war reenactments, being with friends and family and sitting around a bonfire.Surviving is his wife, Kelly Record; His mother Lori Record; his sister Kimberly Record and her son Alexander; his father- in-law Thomas Moje and sister- in-laws Carey (Doug) Kelly and Katie Moje.Calling hours will be held on FRIDAY from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
