Born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 20, 1956; son of the late Frank and Evelyn (Conahan) Baskwell, Sr. Frank was self employed, known as Frank's Painting. He was known for painting many homes and businesses in the Youngstown area, and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.Survivors include his loving partner, Margaret L. Brown; a daughter, Gretchen Baskwell; two sisters, his twin, Evelyn Baskwell-Gravino of Niagara Falls, and Patricia Winker of Manchester, CT.Friends will be invited, along with his family, to attend a memorial service to be announced. Arrangements were with the DuBois Funeral Home, Wheatfield, NY.
