  MRS. HERTZ DIES Falls Resident 40 Years Passes at Her Home after Short Illness. Mrs. Mary Helen Hertz, 58 years old, widow of Otto Hertz, died at her home, 1716 Linwood avenue, yesterday, following an lllness of a week. The funeral will be held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edward Mehl, 2420 South avenue, at 2 p. m. Wednesday, with services at the Trinity Lutheran church, South avenue, at 2:30 p. m. Burial will be In St. Paul's cemetery. Martinsville. Mrs. Hertz was born in North Tonawanda and had lived In Niagara Falls for the past 40 years. She was a member of the Ladles' Aid Society of the Trinity Lutheran church and was well known in the north end of the city. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mehl and Henrietta Hertz, and three sons, Carl, Paul and Norman Hertz, all of this city: two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Fritz and Miss Emma Manth.
