Villa (Philbrick), 65, of Sardinia, New York formerly of North Tonawanda, New York, Monday (November 17, 2025) at home under the care of Buffalo Hospice. Kelly was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 4, 1960 to Guy and Barbara (Zastrow) Philbrick. Kelly was a project Accountant for URS Corporation. Kelly was predeceased by her stepdaughter Jennifer. Kelly is survived by her husband Raymond Villa, children who she loved like her own Raymond, Nicole, Guy Iv, Janelle, Leighann, Ann Marie, Michael, Victoria, Randy, and Samantha, sisters and brothers Amy Philbrick, Guy (Judy) Philbrick, Lisa (Joseph) Ebert, Daniel Philbrick, Jodie Rodriguez, and Peter (Cheryl) Philbrick, also surviving are several great nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will be present to receive friends Monday (November 24, 2025) from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, where funeral services will follow.
