  Niagara Falls Gazette, 17 March 1942 NORTH RIDGE - August F. Kneeppel. 75 years old, retired farmer, died late Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Rudolph Hillman, of North Ridge. Mr. Kneepple had been in falling health for some time but had been critically ill for only a few days. He had resided almost all his life In this vicinity and In former years was a successful farmer and always took a keen interest In town affairs. He Is survived by the following children: Mrs. Martin Neuman, Edward, Harry and Leonard Kneeppel, all of Ransomville; Mrs. Clarence Landers, of Youngstown; Clarence, of Lewlston: Elmer, of Modeltown, and Mrs. Hillman, of North Ridge. Funeral services will be held at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Martin Neuman, at Ransomville, this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be In North Ridge Cemetery
