- Carol Jean Kilmer, 87, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Schoellkopf Health Care Facility. Born on September 20, 1937 she was the oldest daughter of the late Joseph and Genevieve (Radzinski) Wojciechowski.
Carol was raised on 22nd Street where she currently resided and lived her entire life. She attended Our Lady of the Rosary and graduated from St. Mary’s High School. She always thought of others and especially enjoyed sending greeting cards to her beloved family and friends. Above all, she loved and adored her children and grandchildren who she centered her life around.
She is survived by her children, Mark (Jaci) Kilmer, Cheryl (Brian) Kilmer, Linda (Mark) Yazwinski and Michele (David) Kilmer; her cherished grandchildren, Brittany (Jake), Samantha (James), Marky, Carmen (Jessica), Giona Kilmer, Sami (Mike) Fadel, Charlie and was sadly predeceased by her oldest grandson, Joseph Kilmer. Carol is also survived by her precious great-grandchildren, Joey, Cash, Angelo, Nora, Mikey and Angelina, her special nieces Karen, Sandy and goddaughter, Janice; her godson, Danny; her dearest friend, Anna Rydelek, as well as many other nieces, nephews and cousins who she loved dearly. She was predeceased by her sister, Judith (late Raymond) Rydelek.
Carol's Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 4 at 10:00 AM in St. Mary of the Cataract Church, 237 4th Street, Niagara Falls, NY. Interment to be held privately at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Memorial offerings in Carol’s name may be made to Niagara Hospice at niagarahospice.org. Arrangements by M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel.
