James Kenneth Ryan Sr
Age 44
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of James (Jimmy) K Ryan who left us on February 15th, 2025, a lifelong resident of the Town of Niagara. Born August 30, 1980 of the late James L. and Mary R. (Blaise). Jimmy was the younger brother of the late Michelle M. (Janese.)
Jimmy was a graduate from Niagara Wheatfield High School and Niagara Orleans Boces in 1999. Shortly after he started his career at Boyd Corp as a machinist where he worked for the last 25 years. He was an avid hunter and fisher who loved the outdoors. He also loved off-roading, jamming out to music, grilling, camping, playing cornhole and having campfires with his children and friends. He was the life of the party and always making people laugh. He loved his dogs Chopper, Rambo, Cleo and Smokey aka Smokedog.
He is survived by his children James Jr (significant other Jada) and Catherine M.(significant other Sean), former wife and close friend Christina L. He is also survived by his closest friend and partner in crime Vince Dugan. Jimmy is also survived by his step father John Deeter, father in law James Kilmer, his step sister Jennifer (James) Puchlerz and John Deeter Jr. brother in laws James (Eric) Kilmer-Lawler and William Barto, along with his nieces and nephews: Wyatt, James, Jessica, Janelle, Bradley, and Justin. Additionally survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
There will be a service Saturday February 22, 2025 at Riverside Presbyterian Church 815 84th street Niagara Falls ,NY at 11:00 am
