  Shirley Thompson Obituary Shirley Thompson of Newfane, NY wife of the late Ira “Buzzy” Thompson entered into rest on Saturday, December 7, 2024. She was born in Lockport, NY on March 3, 1932, daughter of the late R. Courtland Wilson and Pearl Boyer Wilson. Shirley enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards and riding motorcycles. Mother of Deborah (Rich) Burnett, Dennis (Beth) Thompson and Kevin W. (Michelle) Thompson. Sister of JoAnne Hayes and the late Robert Wilson. Sister-in-law of Anita Wilson and the late Mike Hayes. Alos survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at 1pm in the Faith Lutheran Church, 2730 Transit Rd. Newfane, NY 14108.
