- Judy P. (Guyette) Arbatosky
June 18, 1948 - April 6, 2025
Judy Pauline (Guyette) Arbatosky, longtime area resident, passed away peacefully at her home on
Sunday, April 6, 2025. She was 76. She was born in Niagara Falls on June 18, 1948, a daughter of Orville
and Marjorie (Gretzinger) Guyette. Judy attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Wheatfield
High School.
She attended nursing school in Pennsylvania to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and then worked
for the New York State Department of Health serving people throughout Niagara County.
Judy enjoyed camping, travelling, cooking, baking, and bingo, but her greatest joy was her time with her
family. She also loved her roses and her Precious Moments.
She is survived by her husband, John Eggert and her four children: Marjorie Pauline Robins, Gary Dean
Robins, Jeremy Michael Slattery and Kelly Dureen Slattery. She is also survived by sisters Susan (Chris)
Canfield, Lori (Joe) Felvus, and brothers Donald (MaryJane) Guyette, Kevin (Karen) Guyette, and David
Guyette. Also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents and her brothers Robert and Pete Guyette.
Friends may call at the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, New York 14304 on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 3 to 6 P.M. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy’s name to Niagara Hospice House, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, New York 14094.
