- Donald E. Klumpp passed away unexpectedly August 8, 2025 at Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center. Born September 17, 1936 in Buffalo. He was the son of Elmer and Alice (Winters) Klumpp. Donald served in the US Army from 1960 to 1962 and worked for the City of Lockport where he was a fireman for 35 years, retiring in 1998. He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Donald is survived by his wife Frances (Enzinna) Klumpp; children Douglas (Cheri) Klumpp, Robert (Anne) Klumpp, and Donna (Michael) Coakley; grandchildren, Dr. Matthew (Stephanie) Klumpp, Justin(Mariah) Klumpp, Hayley(fiancé Nathan), Hayden, Hunter, Hudson Coakley, Carlie and Olivia Klumpp and four great grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Gary(Susie), Duane(Linda) and Larry and 2 sister in laws, Betty(Bob, deceased) Newton and Mary(Dr. Herb) Weis. He was predeceased by his brother David Klumpp also survived by several nieces and nephews.
