Justin E. Starkweather, age 42 passed away October 21, 2025 at his home.
He was born April 10, 1983 in Brockport, a son of Douglas E. Starkweather and Laurie Kelley Rowcliffe and had lived in this area all of his life.
Justin loved listening to old country music, especially Willie Nelson. He was a very social person and enjoyed talking to people and would never forget a name. Justin didn't like to see anyone upset and loved telling jokes to make people laugh.
He was predeceased by his grandfather Homer Kelley and grandparents Norman & Marsha Starkweather.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving grandmother Wanda Kelley; step-grandmother Carolyn Starkweather; brothers Michael and Steven Stoffa; aunt Donna (Gary) Bever; uncles Randy Kelley, Jeff Starkweather; great-uncle and buddy Keith DeGolier; nieces Vivienne, and Sophie; Nephew Oliver as well as other great-uncles, aunts and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, 21 W. Ave. Albion on Wednesday, October 29th from 2:00-4:00pm.
Private burial in Mt. Albion Cemetery.
