- Clare Raduns, born on December 16, 1933, passed away on February 11, 2026. A dedicated and hardworking lifelong farmer, Clare was an embodiment of commitment and resilience. He was a respected member of the Niagara County Tractor and Truck Pull Association, where he shared his love and knowledge of farming with fellow enthusiasts. Clare worked at the Town of Royalton Highway Department for 21 years. He also served his community through the Wolcottsville Fire Department for over 50 years, proving his undying dedication to the well-being of others. Clare was a beloved father to Deborah (John Jr.) Sweeney, Kevin (Beth) Raduns, Tracey (Doreen) Raduns, Karen (Michael) Wetherbee, and Cindy Sanford. He was also a loving grandfather to seventeen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. He was a dear brother to Shirley (late A. Robert) Stahl and Brian (late June) Raduns. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Clare's legacy lives on not only through his family but also through the lives he touched during his service as a fireman. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-5 PM at the Wolcottsville Fire Company, 6337 Wolcottsville Rd, Akron, NY, where a service will follow at 5 PM. The family invites you to join them in celebrating Clare's life and honoring his selfless service to the community. As a dedicated fireman, Clare was an exempt member of the Wolcottsville and Terry’s Corners Fire Co. His life and work demonstrated what it truly means to be dedicated to one's community. Of Buffalo, age 92; dear father of Deborah (John Jr.) Sweeney, Kevin (Beth) Raduns, Tracey (Doreen) Raduns, Karen (Michael) Wetherbee, Cindy Sanford, and late daughter-in-law Margaret Raduns; loving grandfather of 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; brother of Shirley (late A. Robert) Stahl and Brian (late June) Raduns; also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday 2-5 PM at the Wolcottsville Fire Co., 6337 Wolcottsville Rd, Akron, NY, where a service will follow at 5PM. Clare was a 50 year member of the Wolcottsville Fire Co., and was an exempt fireman for Wolcottsville and Terry's Corners Fire Co.
