Elnathan Cole, of 643 Elm wood avenue,
foreman of the bleaching department
of the Hooker Electrochemical
company's plant, died in Memorial
hospital at 6:55 o'clock this morning,
following a week's illness with pneumonia. He was 47 years old.
Born in West Polnt, Pa., Mr. Cole
had lived in Niagara Falls for the past
27 years. He was widely known and
had a large number of friends, among
whom he was held in high esteem.
Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Edna
Cole; two sons, Stanford and Jack, of
this city; a daughter Dorothy, of this
city; his father. Henry Cole, of West
Point, and three brothers, Harold of
Tulleytown, Pa., and Alvin and Au-
gustus, of West Point.
Funeral services will be held at ..he
family home at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon,
with the Rev, Arthur H.
Schmoyer, pastor of the Zion Evangelical
Lutheran church, officiating.
Cremation services will be held ln
Buffalo.
