- Brenda J. (Goodrich) Godwin entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 3, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Niagara Falls on April 4, 1967, a daughter of Roy L. and Barbara A. (Wahl) Goodrich. She attended local schools and then received her nursing degree from Niagara County Community College.
Brenda worked the Veterans Hospital in Buffalo, Niagara Hospice House and Schoellkopf Nursing Care Facility. She loved attending concerts and listening to music (especially 1980’s bands) and loved men with long hair.
She is survived by two daughters: Jessica (Sierra) Pike-Wile and Brittany Wile, her cherished granddaughter Kristin Jaylene Iacovitti and loving Goddaughters Lydia Young and Briana Morring, who she treated as her own.
She is also survived by two siblings: Diana (Richard) Rogers and Steven (Lisa) Goodrich, nephews Michael Rogers and Colin Goodrich, niece Brooke Goodrich, Brenda’s soul sister Michelle Young and many more nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Jaylene and two siblings: Michael and Paul Goodrich.
Friends may call at the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue on Monday, April 7, 2025 from 4 to 8 P.M. Burial will be private.
