BREITENBACH - Walter, 69, of the Town of Wheatfield, Monday (April 1, 1985) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mr. Breitenbach was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. He retired in 1980 after 43 years with Spaulding Fibre Company. He is survived by his wife, Mabel (nee Mittelstaedt) Breitenbach; three daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Judith) Cribbs, Mrs. Edward (Nancy) Pipalski, both of North Tonawanda, Mrs. Marvin (Sharon) Liedy, Town of Tonawanda; two brothers, Louis (Vera) Breitenbach of Tonawanda, John (Loretta) Breitenbach of Kenmore; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Wendt of Sanborn, Mrs. Catherine Pokelwaldt, of Niagara Falls; grandfather of six grandchildren. Also, survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Wattengel Funeral Home Inc., 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, where services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. The Rev. Richard E. Hinners officiating. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery. If desired memorials may be made to St. Pauls Lutheran Church or the American Heart Association.
