  Utica NY Daily Press - 3/5/1976 ROME—Edward R. Grower, 70 of 7733 Gifford Road died yesterday in his home. He was born in the Village of Delta', son of Millard and Daisy Adams Grow- er. Mr. Grower was a lifelong resident of Rome and attended its schools. In 1928, he married Edna M.Derrick in Rome. Mr. Grower was employed by Rome Cable as a carpenter, retiring 22 years ago. He was a Lutheran. Besides his wife, he leaves three daughters, Mrs. Stanley (Aristine) Yakubowski of Rome and twins Mrs. John (Janice) Brescia of Holland Patent and Mrs. Joanne Indermill of Stanmix Heights. The funeral will be at 9 Saturday from the Strong Funeral Home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
